Working at a local power company for 15 years, Kevin learned the importance of customer service for contractors, developers and homeowners.
Kelly, a stay at home mom raising four kids, brings her natural ability of being organized to take care of scheduling, billing and dispatching.
Before establishing Stamback Septic Service, Kevin and Kelly owned their own car wash, which helped them understand the frustration of keeping
the mud pits clean and properly working.
After continuously seeing out-of-town pumpers in their area, they considered starting up their own operation. Having worked for a septic installation
contractor, installing over 100 systems along the way, Kevin gained a strong working knowledge of installation, maintenance and the problems older
systems can develop. With this in-depth understanding, they knew it was the right time to branch off on their own.
Although it wasn't their intention to branch into the portable restroom business, several new projects in their area (and no other service provider
available close by) made them reconsider this area of business which they still offer today.
